REV is the annual flagship event of this procurement software as a service company, drawing 250+ attendees in 2025. Each year, the events team designates a new theme for the event, and in 2025 the theme was “Fast Forward”. The direction was to create a look that was clean and polished, yet playful.

Role: Senior Designer responsible for translating an external agency's core visual assets (the angular glass/arrow motifs used in event motion graphics) and the "Fast Forward" theme into a cohesive design system. Defined the print and marketing rules that extended this look consistently across 1,000+ physical and digital touchpoints, including high-traffic environmental graphics and small-format gifts. Reviewed, collaborated on, and approved designs from the rest of the team before production.
