Built and evolved over 3+ years to give Sales, Product, the Executive Leadership Team, and any other external-facing teams a consistent way to explain our product and offerings.
The Challenge: Stakeholder teams described the strategic narrative differently, leaving customers, prospects, and analysts with an inconsistent understanding of how JAGGAER could help their business.
My Role: Collaborated with all stakeholders and led the design, ultimately building two graphics to balance competing priorities across departments, including strategic narrative, technical accuracy, and sales simplicity.
Impact: Both graphics became default visuals across sales decks, executive briefings, and analyst presentations, evolving alongside the product offerings and narrative.

Stacks our offerings as tiers by function, built for depth. Layers expand independently as we add new offerings, without redesigning the whole, and the structure supports dissecting the graphic to focus on specific products, features, or processes.
